How a refund is calculated

• Cancel at any time, no reason required.
• We refund the payment for the unused full days of the paid period.
• Less the costs we actually incurred — including the payment service's non-refundable fee.
• To the same payment method you paid with, within 10 business days.
• A cancelling NPD receipt is issued at the same time — through the “Мой налог” app, like the payment receipt.
• The trial is free and needs no card: nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
• Cancelling without a refund: access stays until the end of the paid period; auto-renewal is switched off in Settings.
