Quelque chose ne va pas
Something is not working
Cet article n'existe pas encore dans votre langue, il s'affiche donc dans une autre.
Start here when something did not happen. Most of these have a cause you can check in a few seconds.
The confirmation email never arrived
Look in spam first — it is the answer more often than anything else. The link is single-use and expires after about two days; if it did, ask for a new one from the sign-in page. Note that opening the link is not enough: there is a button to press, on purpose, because some mail providers open links automatically and would otherwise spend yours before you saw it.
I cannot sign in
If the app says the email is not confirmed, that is the previous section. If the password is refused, use Forgot password — the link arrives by email and is valid for an hour. Two-factor codes come from your authenticator app and change every 30 seconds; if your phone's clock is wrong, they will all be refused.
The import found nothing, or the wrong thing
Check that you picked the right file: a bank's "export" button often offers several formats, and only some carry the fields an import needs. The preview before the commit is there to be read — if the numbers or dates look wrong there, they will be wrong afterwards, and nothing has been written yet.
If the import ran and you regret it, Undo on the import in the history removes exactly what it added.
A transaction I entered is not in the list
Check the filters above the list — they add up, and one left over from earlier hides everything else. The period filter is the usual culprit.
Voice input or a receipt photo did nothing
Both need your permission first, once, in the privacy settings: the recording or the photo has to be sent somewhere to be recognised, and the app will not do that until you allow it. Recordings are limited to a few seconds; a long one is refused rather than trimmed.
I did not get a notification I expected
Two switches decide this: the event's own setting in Settings → Notifications, and — for push — the permission your phone or browser holds. The in-app feed is always on, so if something is missing there too, it was never raised.
A payment did not go through
Nothing is switched off immediately: there is a grace window, and you get a message with a link to pay. What to do next depends on where you bought the subscription — see «Subscription: plans, payment, plan changes» and «Paying from the mobile app».
The app shows old numbers
Pull to refresh on mobile, or reload the page. The mobile app deliberately shows its last known state instantly and updates behind it, so a moment of old data right after a change is normal — a moment of it, not a minute.
None of this helped
Write to support from the help centre's contact block. Two things make an answer much faster: what you were doing when it happened, and what you saw instead of what you expected.
